Lunch shifts 10am-4pm
Dinner Shifts 4pm-10pm
Duties
- Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure timely service
- Maintain our cleanliness standards and organization of kitchen areas, including storage and work stations
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation standards
- Support menu by preparing ingredients and assisting with recipe execution
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other culinary tools
- Serve as a reliable team player in the back-of-house operations, supporting front-of-house staff when needed
Skills
- Proven experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles preferred
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and operations within restaurant or catering environments
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in culinary techniques required
- Experience with menu and, food industry standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
- Strong teamwork ethic with excellent communication skills focused on safety and quality standards
Pay: $24.35 - $27.90 per hour
