What You'll Do:
Oversee all nursing operations, ensuring high standards of resident care
Manage and mentor nursing staff, promoting a positive and productive culture
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Develop and implement nursing policies and quality improvement initiatives
Work closely with other department heads and leadership to achieve facility goals
What We’re Looking For:
Current NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license required
3 years of nursing leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
Strong knowledge of DOH regulations and survey processes
Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Passion for providing quality care and developing a top-tier nursing team
Education
Preferred- Bachelors or better in Nursing
Licenses & Certifications
Required- RN
