What You’ll Do
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
- Document resident care accurately and timely
- Support and guide CNAs to ensure excellent resident outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- LPN license
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred (but not required)
