Job Summary:
As a Car Detailer, you’ll be responsible for detailing new and used vehicles for showroom and lot display, as well as customer vehicles through our service department. This role is perfect for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to be a key part of a growing department.
Responsibilities:
- Clean, wax, polish, and detail new and pre-owned vehicles for display and delivery
- Perform interior and exterior detailing of customer vehicles from the service department
- Maintain cleanliness of detail bay, tools, and equipment
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality and dealership standards are met
- Safely move vehicles as needed around the lot and service area
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and communicate needs to management
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure timely completion of detailed vehicles
- Assist in developing and improving department processes as the department grows
Qualifications:
- Previous detailing experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate
- High attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality results
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
- Willingness to learn and grow with the dealership
