High-Ticket Furniture Sales | Tacoma Area
We're a curated showroom specializing in unique, high-quality furniture, art, and décor. Our customers come to us because they won't find what we carry anywhere else.
We're looking for a sharp, personable salesperson who thrives on connecting with people and closing sales.
This is a hands-on sales role.
You'll greet every customer, get to know what they're looking for, and help them see how the right pieces fit their space. You'll confidently guide them toward quality options, grow ticket sizes with thoughtful recommendations, and make the buying experience something they want to come back for.
Who we're looking for:
Someone genuinely comfortable with people who doesn't hesitate to make a recommendation. You're proactive, you move with purpose, and you're motivated by earning potential. You have a feel for aesthetics but selling comes naturally.
Compensation
$20/hour base plus 3% commission on all sales beyond $10,000/month. For the right person, the upside is significant.
Preferred experience:
Background in high-ticket retail, furniture, automotive, or similar sales environments. Interest in design or interiors is a plus. Natural ability to build rapport and trust.
What success looks like:
Customers feel well taken care of. Revenue grows. The showroom has a presence that draws people in.
