What you’ll do
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and flair.
- Engage with customers to provide outstanding service, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and regulations.
- Utilize Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for efficient order processing and cash handling.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed to keep the bar fully stocked.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during banquets and catering events.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts while maintaining quality service.
- Stay updated on beverage trends and menu offerings to enhance guest experiences.
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in a bartending role within a fine dining or nightclub environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations.
- Proficient in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in catering or banquet services is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
