Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with various tasks within the restaurant. Duties

• Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS, efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and processing transactions.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Assist with bussing tables and ensuring a clean dining environment.
• Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant preferred.
• Culinary experience is a plus; familiarity with kitchen operations is beneficial.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests positively.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Team player mentality with strong communication skills.

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
