Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with confidence
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist with bussing tables, food handling, and food safety procedures to ensure a safe dining environment
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly without sacrificing quality
- Support team members with food prep, stocking supplies, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations
Experience
- Previous experience in food preparation or a quick service & fast food restaurant environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
- Experience in cashiering, serving, or retail math helps in managing transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and basic math skills are essential for success in this role
- Prior restaurant experience or working in the food industry will help you adapt quickly and excel in this energetic setting
- Strong time management skills combined with excellent customer service abilities are key to thriving as a Restaurant Crew Member
Pay: $ $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 35.0 per week
