Responsibilities:
- Advise stakeholders on best practices and drive engagement through outreach.
- Manage the backlog of work items assigned to the team.
- Motivate team members and resolve conflicts.
- Meet individually with team members to address areas of concern.
- Assign appropriate resources to projects.
- Generate team performance reports.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
