Duties
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS, efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and processing transactions.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Assist with bussing tables and ensuring a clean dining environment.
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant preferred.
- Culinary experience is a plus; familiarity with kitchen operations is beneficial.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests positively.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Team player mentality with strong communication skills.
