As a Shift Manager, you play an essential role in the success of our restaurant. You help deliver great food and service to the customers who walk through our doors every day. Our loyal customers mean a lot to us, so you ensure their satisfaction by being efficient, friendly, and accurate.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing shift positions and duties

• Managing food quality, safety, and cost

• Handling cash transactions accurately and ensuring proper recording

• Supporting your team and maintaining a positive work environment

• Communicating with customers and resolving concerns when needed

You thrive working as part of a team, take on new tasks with enthusiasm, and show reliability by consistently arriving on time with a positive attitude.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 months of restaurant industry experience

• Fantastic communication skills

• Willingness to learn

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Availability to work afternoon and/or night shifts
