RESPONSIBILITIES to be Trained:
- Daily operations of restaurant
- Hiring and training a great team
- Managing all areas in front and back of house
- Ensuring food quality
- Managing food and labor cost budgets
- Ensuring your team provides great Customer Service
- Maintaining exceptional cleanliness of the restaurant, inside and out
