What You'll Do
As General Manager, you will lead all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including:
- Building and maintaining a positive, accountable team culture
- Recruiting, hiring, training, developing, and retaining great employees
- Managing front- and back-of-house operations
- Delivering excellent guest service
- Maintaining high food quality, cleanliness, and food-safety standards
- Managing labor, food costs, inventory, and restaurant budgets
- Reviewing restaurant performance and taking action to improve results
- Developing supervisors and future restaurant leaders
- Working closely with ownership and above-store leadership
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Three to five years of restaurant supervision or management experience, preferably in quick-service restaurants
- Proven ability to build teams and develop employees
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated success improving guest satisfaction and financial performance
- Dependability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license
