Duties
- Deliver prepared food orders promptly from the kitchen to guests’ tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
- Assist servers by refilling beverages, clearing plates, and attending to guest needs to enhance their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, ensuring all dishes are correctly labeled and ready for delivery.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food delivery and address any special requests or modifications.
- Support the team during busy hours by managing multiple tables efficiently while upholding high standards of service quality.
- Ensure all health and safety standards are followed, including proper handling of hot items and maintaining sanitation protocols.
