Cashier – Taco Dále
At Taco Dále, our cashiers are the first and last point of contact for our guests. This role is responsible for providing friendly, efficient service while accurately processing orders and payments. Cashiers help create a welcoming environment and ensure every guest leaves with a great experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and take food and drink orders accurately
- Operate the POS system to process cash, card, and digital payments
- Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and specials
- Package take-out and delivery orders carefully and correctly
- Maintain a clean and organized front counter area
- Assist with restocking items such as napkins, sauces, and beverages
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to ensure accurate orders
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve minor guest concerns when possible
Qualifications:
- Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus but not required
