Duties
- Assist in meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients using proper knife skills.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Support cooks and chefs by preparing ingredients and assembling dishes as directed.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure all food is handled properly and safely.
- Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Participate in cleaning tasks at the end of shifts to ensure a sanitary work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during service hours.
Qualifications
