Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen tools thoroughly to meet health standards.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables or assembling ingredients when needed.
- Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces.
- Help with cleaning duties like sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal to uphold hygiene standards.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure safety compliance.

Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Able to lift more than 65 punds
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety practices related to food handling and sanitation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
