Responsibilities:
- Lead by Example: Motivate and support crew members throughout each shift.
- Customer Focus: Ensure top-tier service and address any customer concerns.
- Operations Management: Assist with opening/closing, cash management, and daily store tasks.
- Training & Development: Coach and train team members to follow company procedures.
- Food Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
- Stock & Inventory: Ensure proper stocking of food, paper products, and supplies.
- Drive Sales: Help execute promotions and suggestive selling to boost store performance.
- Problem-Solving: Handle minor issues that arise during a shift and escalate when necessary.
Requirements:
- Previous restaurant or retail experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights & weekends.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
