Fast Food Team Member

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team in a fast-paced food service environment. The Shift Leader will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team to deliver high-quality food products. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members in culinary skills, customer service, and food safety practices.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
• Assist in managing inventory levels, placing orders, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, address inquiries, and handle complaints effectively.
• Implement upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
• Collaborate with management to develop promotional strategies that attract customers and increase sales.
• Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a leadership role within a quick-service or fast-food restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
• Proven ability to lead a team, manage conflicts, and motivate staff towards achieving operational goals.
• Familiarity with sales strategies and upselling techniques is highly desirable.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
