Ophthalmic Operations & Outreach Coordinator (Northern VA)
📍 Vienna, VA | Full-time | $22–$24/hr
We’re hiring a hands-on Ophthalmic Operations & Outreach Coordinator to support clinic partnerships, field outreach, and internal operations across fast-growing healthcare and AI-driven projects.
This is a unique role for someone with ophthalmology or optometry experience who enjoys being in the field, building relationships, and helping scale early-stage initiatives.
What you’ll do:
- Visit local ophthalmology and optometry clinics to support outreach and partnerships
- Coordinate scheduling, operations, and patient follow-ups
- Build and improve workflows, systems, and processes
- Work directly with the founder on high-impact initiatives
- Support clinic onboarding, partnerships, and field operations
What we’re looking for:
- Based in Northern Virginia / DC Metro area
- Experience in ophthalmology or optometry (front desk, technician, scribe, photographer, coordinator, etc.)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with clinics, providers, and patients
- High ownership mindset with strong follow-through
- Interest in healthcare innovation, operations, and AI tools
