- Welcome customers and understand their wireless needs
- Recommend Total Wireless plans, phones, add-ons, and accessories
- Activate new lines, process upgrades, and handle SIM/phone setups
- Provide basic device troubleshooting and support
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
- Maintain a clean, organized sales area
- Stay updated on current promotions and product changes
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Retail or sales experience preferred (but not required)
- Comfortable learning new systems and wireless products
- Reliable, motivated, and goal-driven
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
