Job Overview
The Technical Support Coordinator provides inbound technical support via phone and chat to store and field users, assisting with system, hardware, and application-related issues. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, customer service focus, and the ability to work in a fast-paced support environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and chats to resolve technical issues
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application problems
- Interpret system errors and provide clear resolutions
- Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 support teams
- Document all interactions in call tracking systems
- Assist in software updates and system rollouts
- Support user training and documentation updates
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
Work Schedule
- Training: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Virtual)
- Production Hours:
- Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM
- Sat: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Sun: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Shift: Rotational (8:00 AM – 3:30 PM start range)
- Includes 1 weekend shift 1 weekday off
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications

Education & Experience

- 0.5–2 years of technical support or customer service experience
