We are looking for an EPS Analyst (Patch Management Analyst) to support enterprise-wide vulnerability remediation and patch management activities. This role focuses on maintaining system security posture by ensuring timely patching, tracking vulnerabilities, and coordinating remediation efforts across IT and business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support patch management for servers, workstations, and enterprise systems
- Monitor and track vulnerabilities, ensuring timely remediation aligned with SLAs
- Manage and update incident, task, and change tickets in tracking systems
- Track and report on KRIs, SLAs, and vulnerability metrics
- Coordinate with IT teams, business users, and support groups to drive remediation efforts
- Assist in vulnerability assessments and support remediation activities
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of remediation actions
- Support ongoing operational activities related to system security and compliance
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Information Systems or related field
- 3 years of experience in:
- IT Vulnerability Management OR
- IT Operations / Application Support / Networking
- Basic understanding of:
- Patch management processes
- Vulnerability tracking and remediation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills with ability to work across team
