We are looking for three L2 Support Technicians to assist with Shop Floor PC deployments. The role involves providing hands-on technical support, installing and configuring PCs, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and ensuring smooth deployment across the shop floor environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and configure shop floor PCs
- Provide L2 technical support for hardware, software, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed
- Coordinate with onsite teams for smooth deployment activities
- Maintain documentation and deployment logs
Required Skills:
- 10 years of IT support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, hardware setup, and troubleshooting
- Experience with PC imaging and deployments
- Ability to work onsite and support shop floor environments
