What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contact Center BA position at Tachyon Technologies?

- We need resource who has experience in Contact Center applications like Cisco/NiCE/Genesys.
- The project is of migration from Cisco platform to NiCE platform.
- Anyone having knowledge of NiCE or Cisco would be excellent, but if we can get someone with Genesys knowledge, that will work also.
