Job Title: On Call Event Security Personnel
Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced event security personnel to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and guests during various events. They must be able to handle high-pressure situations, communicate effectively, and possess exceptional problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Patrol the event premises to ensure the safety and security of clients and guests.
- Identify potential security threats and respond accordingly.
- Monitor access points to prevent unauthorized entry.
- Assist in crowd control and ensure orderly conduct.
- Provide first aid and emergency response services as needed.
- Communicate effectively with other event staff and law enforcement.
- Complete detailed incident reports as required.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in event security or a related field.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods of time and to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
