Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Van Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to designated locations while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and effective communication skills. The Van Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive timely and courteous service.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a van or similar vehicle to transport passengers or goods as required.
• Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle, performing routine checks and necessary maintenance.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
• Communicate effectively with passengers, clients, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing support as needed.
• Manage schedules efficiently to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
• Report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly to management.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns from passengers.

Skills

• Proven experience in driving.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude while managing multiple tasks.
• Excellent time management skills with a focus on punctuality and reliability.
• Familiarity with delivery driver responsibilities is advantageous.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
