$30–$35 per Hour Based on Experience

TAC Mechanical is a growing, family-owned HVAC company serving residential and light commercial customers throughout Bucks and Montgomery Counties. We are looking for an HVAC technician with at least 3 years of experience to join our team.

This position offers a mix of service, maintenance, and installation work. We're looking for someone who is dependable, customer-focused, and takes pride in doing quality work.

Our focus is on building long-term customer relationships through honest recommendations, reliable service, and quality workmanship—not high-pressure sales tactics.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Install replacement HVAC equipment including heat pumps, ductless systems, boilers, furnaces, and air conditioning systems
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Complete work in a clean, safe, and professional manner
• Maintain service records and job documentation
• Work independently while supporting teammates when needed
• Participate in overtime opportunities during busy seasons
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule as needed

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience
• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver's license required
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
• Strong work ethic and willingness to continue learning
• Dependable and professional
• Takes pride in quality workmanship
• Comfortable interacting with customers and representing the company professionally
• Interested in growing their skills in both service and installation

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

• Heat pumps
• Boilers
• Oil-fired systems
• Gas furnaces
• Air conditioning systems
• Residential replacement installations
• Light commercial HVAC equipment
• Water heaters and tankless boilers
