Position Summary
The Senior Tax Associate plays a key role in delivering proactive tax compliance and strategic advisory services to complex, growth-oriented clients. This position goes beyond traditional return preparation, focusing on advanced tax planning, entity structuring, and multi state considerations to help clients minimize risk and optimize outcomes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and review complex federal, state, and local tax returns.
- Develop and support advanced tax planning strategies and projections.
- Advise on entity structuring, optimization and multi-state considerations.
- Lead and manage client engagements with a proactive mindset.
- Participate in quarterly strategy sessions with growth focused clients.
- Leverage modern, AI enabled workflows to drive efficiency and insight.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- 5 years of tax experience, preferably with complex or growth-oriented clients.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and multi state taxation.
- Experience with advanced tax planning and multi-state taxation
