MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKDAY LUNCHES AND WEEKENDS! ( ~$20-$25/HR INCLUSIVE OF TIPS)
We are currently seeking a host/hostess to join our team. We are looking for friendly, energetic, highly motivated people who thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Goals
- To greet guests with genuine enthusiasm and hospitality.
- Inform guests with estimated wait times .
- Input guests information into reservation system properly.
- Show guests to their tables and take any initial drink orders.
- Bid guests a warm farewell when they depart.
- Performing light housekeeping duties such as cleaning glass, menus etc.
- Ensuring restrooms are clean, stocked and orderly .
- Reporting on time and in proper uniform, always clocking in and out as required of all employees.
- To promote teamwork within the restaurant creating a positive work environment.

Requirements
- Previous experience in full-service restaurant is preferred however not required.
- Display a confident and professional appearance.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well with a team.
- Ability to exert a well-paced mobility for periods up to 6-8 hours per shift, all the while maintaining a fun and positive attitude.
- Must be able to carry about 35lbs.
- Ability to effectively communicate on the telephone.
