What are the responsibilities and job description for the Creator / Influencer Manager position at TABOOST Social Agency?
TABOOST is a creator-first agency working with TikTok creators across TikTok Shop, brand partnerships, LIVE, and full-scope creator management. We help creators secure and manage paid opportunities, brand deals, product campaigns, and long-term growth opportunities.
We are building a dedicated Talent/Creator Management department focused on helping our signed creators manage inbound opportunities, negotiate better deals, execute campaigns smoothly, and grow their creator business.
We are looking for an experienced Creator / Influencer Manager to support our roster of TikTok creators with brand deal management, TikTok Shop opportunities, campaign execution, and day-to-day creator communication.
This is a 3-month contract role as we evaluate the structure and needs of our growing Brand Deals & Creator Management department. There may be an opportunity to continue beyond the initial term based on performance, team fit, and the long-term needs of the department.
This role is ideal for someone who has prior experience working directly with influencers, creators, brands, or influencer marketing campaigns. You should understand how creator deals work, how to communicate with brands, how to keep talent organized, and how to move opportunities from first conversation to completed campaign.
- Manage day-to-day communication with assigned creators
- Review and manage inbound brand deal and TikTok Shop opportunities
- Communicate with brands, agencies, and partners on behalf of creators
- Help negotiate rates, deliverables, timelines, usage rights, and campaign terms
- Track all active deals, follow-ups, deliverables, deadlines, and approvals
- Coordinate product samples, posting schedules, content requirements, and campaign logistics
- Keep internal deal boards and creator records updated
- Prepare deal summaries and recommendations for leadership review
- Help creators understand opportunities, expectations, and next steps
- Support campaign execution from initial offer through completion
- Identify issues early and escalate sensitive talent, brand, or contract matters when needed
- Maintain a professional, creator-first communication style with talent and brand partners
- Prior experience in influencer marketing, creator management, talent management, brand partnerships, or social commerce
- Experience managing creator campaigns, brand deals, or paid partnerships
- Strong understanding of TikTok, TikTok Shop, creator monetization, and influencer marketing
- Comfortable communicating directly with creators, brands, and agencies
- Ability to manage multiple active deals and deadlines at once
- Strong written communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Confident with negotiation basics, including rates, deliverables, timelines, usage, and exclusivity
- Comfortable working inside systems such as Monday.com, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, CRMs, or similar tools
- Ability to work independently while keeping leadership updated
- Calm, professional, and solution-oriented when creators or brands need support
- 1–3 years in influencer marketing, creator management, talent management, brand partnerships, or agency work
- Experience with TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns
- Experience managing paid social media campaigns or UGC-style deliverables
- Experience working with creators across beauty, lifestyle, fashion, wellness, entertainment, or consumer products
- Familiarity with creator contracts, campaign briefs, usage rights, Spark Ads, exclusivity, and paid media terms
- Previous experience at a creator agency, influencer marketing agency, talent management company, MCN, brand partnerships team, or TikTok Shop agency
- Existing understanding of TikTok Shop Partner Center or affiliate campaign workflows
- Experience sourcing or managing brand contacts
- Experience building creator-facing decks, recaps, or campaign reports
- Comfort reviewing creator content for brand alignment and campaign requirements
You are someone who can balance creator care with operational discipline. You understand that creators need responsiveness, clarity, and support, but you also know that campaigns require organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
You do not need to be micromanaged. You can own your assigned creators, keep deals moving, communicate clearly, and know when to escalate.
Compensation will be based on experience.
