Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Muskegon, MI, focused on supporting family law clients. The responsibilities include managing case files, maintaining client relationships, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and assisting in mediations and court cases. The role requires consistent collaboration with the legal team to ensure the delivery of high-quality service to clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in legal research, analysis, and drafting legal documents
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage case files, track deadlines, and maintain accuracy in documentation
- Experience in mediation, collaborative law, or family law procedures
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Capability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in the state of Michigan
- Prior experience in family law is highly preferred
