Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and assistance
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle inquiries and customer calls
- Demonstrate products and conduct product demos to showcase features
- Operate Point of Sale systems for transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Supervise store activities when needed
- Effectively communicate product information and promotions to customers
- Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
Product Knowledge
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's Cricket product line.
