Job Overview:
We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused sales professional with experience in wireless, mobile devices, or retail sales. In this role, you’ll engage customers, recommend the right products, and deliver an outstanding in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage walk-in customers and identify their mobile and connectivity needs
- Sell smartphones, wireless plans, upgrades, and accessories
- Demonstrate device features and explain plan benefits clearly
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals
- Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships
- Maintain store appearance, merchandising, and inventory accuracy
- Stay updated on latest products, promotions, and wireless trends
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the wireless industry (REQUIRED)
- Background in retail sales, telecom, or mobile device sales
- Strong communication, upselling, and closing skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexible availability (weekends, evenings, holidays)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base pay: $15–$16/hour
- Uncapped commission (high earning potential)
