Bilingual Client Success Representative

Table Needs is a restaurant technology start-up in Fairhope, AL, built to help independently-owned quick service restaurants, coffee shops, and food trucks thrive. We provide the technology, payments, and real human support that restaurant owners need to succeed.

We’re looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Client Success Rep who loves helping people, stays calm when things get busy, and wants to grow with a small team doing meaningful work for independent restaurants.

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound support calls and texts from restaurant owners and staff — in English and Spanish
• Troubleshoot point-of-sale and payment issues, resolving them at first contact whenever possible
• Guide new clients through onboarding and train them on our platform
• Keep accurate records of every interaction in our CRM
• Escalate complex issues to our Tier 2 team when needed — you’re never alone

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Experience in customer support, ideally in a technical or restaurant environment
• Comfortable with technology — you don’t need to be an engineer, but you learn systems quickly
• Clear, warm communicator who can explain technical concepts simply
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
• High school diploma or equivalent

Schedule & Location

• ~20 hours/week, flexible within Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm
• Primarily in-office at our Fairhope, AL location
• Occasional remote flexibility on lighter days

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate: $19–$22/hour, depending on experience
• Hours per week: ~20 hours
