Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance to enhance their shopping experience
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
- Properly ring up orders and pre orders.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely.
Skills
- Proven experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with a focus on friendly interaction
- Skilled in upselling techniques
- Ability to assist multiple people / groups at once
- Knowledge of basic math skills for accurate transactions
- Familiarity with phone etiquette standards
