Specifically, you will:
- Identify billable revenue and raise accurate customer invoices
- Action supplier invoices, coding, approvals and payment processing
- Support end-of-month reporting including revenue allocation and accruals
- Work with Business Managers, customers and subcontractors to resolve billing queries
- Maintain billing procedures and help onboard others where needed
- Support ad hoc billing projects and general admin for the team
You’re someone who takes pride in accuracy, builds great relationships and enjoys being part of a team that delivers important outcomes every day. You also bring:
- Great attention to detail and a proactive, can-do approach
- Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Confidence communicating with customers, subcontractors and internal teams
- Experience in billing, accounts or admin (bonus points if similar industry)
- Good time management, with the ability to juggle tasks and meet deadlines
