TAB Construction is growing its in-house plumbing division and looking for an experienced plumber who takes pride in quality work and wants long-term leadership opportunity.
Our goal is simple:
If someone needs something built or repaired from a leaky pipe to a full custom home TAB is the company they call.
We are looking for an experienced residential plumber who wants more than just another service truck job. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in high-quality work, wants leadership opportunity, and is excited about helping build a respected plumbing division from the ground up.
What You'll Do
• Lead residential plumbing installs and service work
• Plan jobs, materials, truck stock, and workflow
• Help establish systems and standards for TAB's plumbing division
• Mentor apprentices and junior team members
• Coordinate with project managers, field crews, and homeowners
• Maintain clean, professional, high-quality workmanship
• Help grow a division with long-term opportunity and stability
What We're Looking For
• 5 years of residential plumbing experience
• Strong troubleshooting and installation skills
• Organized and proactive with materials and planning
• Leadership mindset with a team-first attitude
• Pride in craftsmanship and customer experience
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
