What You'll Do

As an Account Executive at TabaPay, you’ll play a key role in driving growth by identifying and researching potential customers, reaching out through email, LinkedIn, or cold calls, and qualifying leads to ensure they’re a strong fit for our market.


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, focusing on driving revenue and customer success.
  • Identify customer needs and align solutions to address business challenges and goals.
  • Own the full sales cycle – from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market shifts, and competitive landscape to position products effectively.
  • Deliver tailored product demos and presentations to prospects across various industries.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics.
  • Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track pipeline activity, forecast revenue, and report on sales progress.
  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences to generate leads and increase brand awareness.


Who You Are

  • You have 10 years of closing experience—preferably in a high-growth SaaS or fintech environment
  • Experience in fintech, payments, banking-as-a-service, or adjacent verticals.
  • Familiarity with sales automation, GTM tools, and outbound strategies that resonate in regulated or technical industries.
  • You were a top-performing AE yourself and understand the importance of coaching, consistency, and grit in outbound sales.
  • You’re data-driven and use CRM tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and Sales Navigator to assess performance and improve outcomes.
  • You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment, act as a team-player
  • You’re organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities, from coaching to reporting to strategic planning.
  • You bring a collaborative mindset and communicate effectively across Sales, Marketing, and GTM teams.
  • You’re excited to be a part of a high-impact sales org in a company that’s transforming how money moves in the modern financial ecosystem.


The on-target earnings range for this role is $208,000 to $250,000 with a 60/40 split; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
