About the Role:
Tabac is looking for a talented and knowledgeable Hookah Master to bring sophistication, care, and expertise to our luxury lounge setting. The ideal candidate blends deep respect for tradition with a flair for innovation, creating an unforgettable hookah experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expertly prepare and serve hookahs using premium tobaccos, specialty bowls, and curated flavor pairings
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked hookah station, adhering to all safety and hygiene standards
- Guide guests through flavor options, offering recommendations based on taste profiles and pairings
- Monitor and maintain hookahs throughout the session, including timely coal changes, hose sanitation, and overall quality control
- Operate with speed, grace, and professionalism in a high-energy lounge environment
Requirements:
- 2 years of professional hookah experience in a lounge or upscale hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of tobacco blends, bowl types, and preparation techniques
- Passion for hospitality with a focus on detail, consistency, and guest satisfaction
- Availability for late-night shifts and the ability to maintain high standards throughout service
