TAB Retail Remodeling is hiring a local Merchandiser for a retail remodel project in LaGrange, GA. This role is ideal for someone with prior merchandising or store reset experience who can work efficiently, follow directions well, and help keep a project organized and on track. You will assist with merchandising execution, fixture work, and retail reset tasks as part of a project team serving large-format retail clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform merchandising and reset work during store remodel projects
• Help move, install, organize, or reposition shelving, displays, and fixtures
• Set and arrange merchandise according to project requirements
• Use basic tools safely and effectively on the job
• Maintain jobsite cleanliness, organization, and safety
• Work closely with field leadership and crew members to complete project goals
• Schedule varies by project; includes overnight or night shifts as required

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in merchandising, store resets, retail remodels, or similar field work
• Familiarity with retail project work and the tools used on-site
• Candidates located within a reasonable commuting distance (approximately 30-40 minutes) are preferred
• Strong attendance, dependability, and ability to work as part of a team
• Physically able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Able to follow directions and work productively in an active retail setting

Pay and Benefits

• Full-time, temporary (project-based) position
• Pay: $19 per hour.
• On-the-job training provided for project-specific tasks
