Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager, based in Clearwater, FL. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of glazing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and according to budget.
We are currently looking for a candidate whose responsibilities would include:
- Managing project timelines
- Tracking progress through internal job costing and labor tracking tools.
- Change order generation and tracking
- Interacting with clients and internal teams to facilitate clear communication
- SOV knowledge and understanding to contribute to monthly billing
Qualifications
- Knowledge of inspection and quality assurance processes
- Proficiency in managing and coordinating project timelines and tasks to meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with glazing materials and processes, specifically those with Florida Product Approvals
- Understanding of job costing and calculating costs to complete
- Experience with change orders
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing deadlines
- High school diploma or construction experience is required
- Strong intrapersonal skills required
