What are the responsibilities and job description for the TAB Intern - Marketing position at TAB Bank?
TAB’s Marketing Intern will research, plan, draft, execute, and measure a strategic marketing initiative to promote one of TAB’s priority products (likely TAB Spend, TMS or Working Capital) to a specific audience segment. Each week will focus on a different aspect of marketing and will include a mini-deliverable that contributes to the overall project and milestones. The expected result will be a measurable impact or insight related to the product and audience segment, which TAB can leverage in future promotional efforts. This Internship will run from early June 2026 to late August 2026.

- Intern will compile portfolio of weekly outputs and summarize achievements in a final presentation and resume write-up
- Deliverables will include marketing personas and target segments, keyword research, content and ads, dashboards, etc.
Successful Intern candidates will have:
- Willingness to seek and act upon feedback, challenge the status quo, and learn through hands-on experience
- Creative and critical thinking skills and interest in owning all aspects of a marketing strategy, from concept to execution
