What are the responsibilities and job description for the TAB Intern - Legal position at TAB Bank?
TAB’s Legal Intern will gain an extensive understanding of legal documentation and organizational practices. This will provide a great base for further exposure to the legal world and would be particularly beneficial for a student interesting in pursuing a legal secretary or paralegal career. This Internship will run from early June 2026 to late August 2026.
Projects, task-oriented goals and milestones for this role to accomplish:
- Organization and legal physical files
- Organization and inventory of equipment promissory notes
- Update corporate records and litigation tracking
Successful Intern candidates will have:
- Detail oriented
- Exceptional organizational and documentation skills
- MS Office (excel, word, etc) proficiency.
Expect to gain:
- Experience in a corporate environment
- Exposure to legal organization and tracking of critical documents
