Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary accounting contact for Strategic Partners, fostering trust through regular onsite and virtual engagement
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve aged items and ensure partner satisfaction
- Manage relationships through onsite & virtual visits with Partners
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting
- Prepare daily and monthly reconciliations of ledgers and cash accounts
- Improve processes and find ways to advance efficiencies
- Other duties as assigned
Required education and experience:
- Minimum 4 years’ banking experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
Preferred education and experience:
- CPA preferred

- Strong foundation in GAAP and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
