Primary responsibilities include evaluating routine application packages for term debt facilities and delivering well supported credit recommendations. The role also requires building and sustaining strong relationships with existing customers, prospective clients, and channel partners. Acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, this position ensures a smooth, responsive experience while addressing customer needs. Success demands exceptional customer service, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, high volume environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners
• Provide excellent customer service to applicants, partners, and existing customers
• Gather, verify, and coordinate required credit information
• Review and analyze credit reports, financial statements, and supporting documentation
• Evaluate equipment and collateral values
• Prepare clear, accurate credit memos for approval
• Communicate application decisions, including approvals and declines
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date systems and records
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements (CIP, FCRA, ECOA)
• Manage workflow, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a high‑volume environment
• Support compliance, due diligence, and quality‑control processes
• Perform additional duties as assigned
Education and Experience Requirements:
• Two years experience in a customer relationship role
• One to two years equivalent work experiences, a plus, in similar field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of individuals ranging from executives, managers, and clients
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
• Microsoft Products: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Experian, Paynet, and/or other similar credit reporting tools.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to exercise good judgment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quick turnaround requirements.
