Duties
- Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly to foster a welcoming environment
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems and relay them efficiently to kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks with enthusiasm, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations
- Assist with food preparation, plating, or restocking supplies as needed to support kitchen operations
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues effectively
- Support team members during busy periods by performing side duties such as bussing tables or refilling stations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
