What You'll Do
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from initiation through completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
- Lead meetings with internal teams, clients, and executive stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success.
- Track project milestones and provide regular status updates to leadership.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Drive process improvements that increase efficiency and project success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience with project management software such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable leading virtual teams and collaborating in a remote work environment.
Preferred Experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Agile, or PRINCE2 certification.
- Experience managing software development, business operations, or digital transformation projects.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity and project management tools.
