We are seeking diligent and motivated Line Operators on 1ST and 2ND shift to join our client's team in the SPRING HILL, TN area. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation product production. The successful candidates will be responsible for various tasks, including repetitive movements and standing for prolonged periods.
Hours:
6:00AM - 2:30PM / $16.64HR plus weekly perfect attendance bonus
4:00PM -12:30AM / $17.14HR plus weekly perfect attendance bonus
Key Responsibilities:
Perform repetitive movements of hands and arms as required.
Stand for prolonged periods while performing assigned tasks.
Learn and consistently follow written and oral instructions effectively.
Master and adhere to the work instructions for the required number of operations or assignments.
Comply with all safety requirements and protocols.
Communicate and interact appropriately with peers and leaders.
Consistently complete assigned operations within the expected timeframe.
Complete all assignments in compliance with the provided work instructions.
Arrive on time for your shift and return from breaks punctually.
Job Requirements:
Ability to perform repetitive movement of hands and arms.
