What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cashier/ Front of House position at Ta Joia?
Hi there!
We're Ta Joia and we are looking for FOH staff for our family restaurant!
Our menu is Teriyaki with a twist! We have traditional teriyaki, some Korean dishes with a Brazilian twist. We are open Monday - Saturday 11AM- 8PM and looking for someone part time.
Position Details:
Duties:
- Greeting all our customers :)
- Take customer orders and accurately enter them into the POS system (Clover POS)
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Compensation:
During training, $18/Hour (Period of up to 2 weeks depending on how many shifts you can work within that time and how quickly you can work autonomously! ) shift meal - hopefully we can have you try as much of the menu :D
After training will be $18 tips (at least $5-6/hour shift meal
